Our apartaments

The sea and also the sunset... 10 apartaments on Lungomare Barcellona, the long walk that joins the old town to the Lido of Alghero.

All the apartaments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave grill, tableware, pots, dishes, and glasses.... and all what you need to cook confortably in your holiday house.

In every apartament there is a wi-fi connection and a tv.

The rates include:

Elettricity, water, and gas
Bed linen, bathroom, kitchen (it is changed weekly)
Linen change on midweek is at the request fee.

Rates do not include:

Cleaning the apartament
Cleaning the apartament are guest's responsibility. It is possible, on request and for a fee, a cleaning service on the midweek of the apartament.
Final cleaning
If they are not done by the guest's, is expected the payment of 50 euro for a final cleaning of the apartament.

City Tax

For guest's staying at accomodation of the town of Alghero expected to pay a tourist tax.

The amount is € 1,00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 nights. The amount is 0,50 cent in the period between 30th of September until the 31th of March.

Children within 12 years of age doesn't pay the tourist tax.
