Eliton - Holiday on the sea ensures that the processing of personal data received by e-mail or elettronic forms, even during registration, is complies with the provisions of current legislation on privacy (legislative decree 30 june 2003, n. 196, current from the 1st january2004).
In particular, they will not be given to third parties, their use will serve only for communication relating to the site and it's content and for the eventual transfer of information on topics relevant to site content.
The personal data will be processed exclusively for the course of business referred to article 24 of the privacy code, for which is not required the consent of the person concerned.
The rights of interested are specified on the article 7 of the privacy code and they may be exercised by making a request without any formality, even by letter, fax or email (art.9 del d.lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196 ) sent to the owner or manager of data processing.
